I have a spacious 2 bedroom house.
Own back garden and own parking space.
In a small cul de sac on the outskirts of town, surrounded by fields, bus stop right outside only 5 minute drive to town.
Local schools, park and shop.
1 very large bedroom.
Second small/medium bedroom.
Understands storage cupboard.
Under floor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.
Large - ish kitchen. No separate dining room but I have a dinning table in the kitchen.
Down stairs toilet.
Upstairs family bathroom.
Was a new build in 2016 I have been the first and only tenant.
Only wanting to move as wanting a fresh start and we always holiday down kimgsbride area so would love to move to be closer to there.
