I have a 3 double bedroom semi detached house, with driveway and large gardens front. Very spacious, bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs, dining room is open plan next to living room, but could rebuild the wall to separate if needed/ wanted.
Front garden,contains, front of house land then also own driveway and another garden about 20ft/20ft.
Then back garden is about 3x bigger, does include a patio and apple tree
