Hi I have a 3 bed room semi detached house in Charlton near the village Charlton park 5 mins walk bus stop 5 minutes walk Doctors near by as well
Schools are local animal park 5 minutes walk down the road as well
I have lived in this house for twenty years but I have to move as property is too big
The back garden is about 50 feet long and roust 20 feet wide
Two of the bedrooms are doubles and the third is a large single room
There is a loft and a toilet upstairs
The kitchen and bathroom are down stairs
There is an open fire in living room which we still use sometimes.
The house needs a family in it again to bring life back to it I have tried to keep up with the decorating but you would need to do your own to make it your own
There is gas central heating and double glazing medium size front garden as well parking is just outside in a bay any other questions please ask
