I have two bed first floor flat located at the start of the Dyke Nature Trail in Hangleton Hove. It is a bright and airy flat with really good sized rooms and a south west facing balcony ( the autumn and winter sunsets are to die for). The bathroom is fully tiled and the kitchen is only a few years old and now also has a brand new boiler. Decorated throughout to a good standard. Great neighbours and free parking.
