Hi everyone ?, i have a lovely 1 bedroom flat in earl’s court London SW5 9LS - perfect for anyone to move into a 1 bedroom in west/sw. right next to the station (no exaggeration it’s literally 2mins from it) and it’s a 10min walk to the over ground. 3mins to the GP and 5mins either way to a big tesco or a big Sainsbury’s - 2 stops on the train estm.5mins to an asda. i have super lovely neighbours who are super kind and quiet. the house features a storage cupboard which i’ve turnt into a mini walk on wardrobe, another cupboard above the kitchen sink. high ceilings which flood the house with LOADS of natural light. i am on the 3rd floor, there is no lift. but if i can do these stairs so can YOU (it’s not that bad at all after a bit) . My HA is nottinghill genesis and my rent comes up to £248pw. super close to everything and super easy to get around via transport. open to most home locations but would really like a flat with a balcony - please pm for any other details or any interest ??happy to be apart of a multi swap
