I have a large 1 bedroom flat in Beresford Road BN2 5DD.
Views of sea and South Downs from lounge and bedroom.
It has a galley kitchen. I have added more worktop by removing cooker area but this can be undone easily. I use airfryers.
There is lots of storage both inside and outside.
Very quiet area.
Bus stop and convenience shop outside flat.
There is 12 steps leading up to flat from ground floor, no lift.
Allotment at end of road, which you can apply for plot.
I am looking for a step free or property with lift in Central Brighton due to mobility issues.
