We have a semi detached 2 bedroom property, 2/3 car driveway, enclosed rear garden. Patio doors leading to decking and artificially turfed area with borders and slightly raised seating area on a further decked platform. The property is on a very quite road on the Greenacres estate.
BEDS / HERTS ONLY
Unfortunately we now require a ground floor level access (bungalow) due to health issues. The property must have an enclosed garden with permission for a dog and private parking for 2 cars. We do not wish any further than 10 miles from Stotfold, must have at least 1 local shop nearby.
