I'm looking for.
A house or bungalow. 2 or 3 bedrooms in the most rural or coastal area in wales.
We will consider anywhere in Wales, not just the area stated in the post.
My only criteria is it must be surrounded by as few properties as possible.
We have 4 small terrier dogs who in true terrier fashion like to bark at the postman, delivery man, or absolutely anything that comes within 100 meters of our home. The place we move to must be as rural as possible, with as few properties and people as possible. A view is a must.
I feel that our house could offer some great job opportunities due to its location, road and rail links, cash insensitives for help with movers etc are also available.
I dont care about local amenities of any description.
I rent a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house from Bournville Village Trust. The rent is £632 per month
The Cadbury Chocolate Factory stands at the heart of Bournville and if you google the area you will see for yourself what a lovely place it is to live.
Roughly 4 miles to Birmingham City centre With excellent road links to Motorways, buses, trains , Airport.
Close to many excellent schools and Colleges and Birmingham University.
On the doorstep of the Royal orthopaedic Hospital. Approximately 7 minute drive to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Buses to city center literally a 2 minute walk away and running every 10 minutes
The local town has many clothes shops, food shops,takeaways, pet shops, pharmacies, library, leisure centre With swimming pool.
Several good doctors surgery's. Dentists.
I close proximity of numerous attractions like the botanical gardens, Lickey hills country park, cannon hill nature center to name but a few. It really is a fantastic place to live, it's just at our age we just want a quieter life, hopefully in a beautiful, peaceful location in Wales.
My home is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, with shower over the bath.
Downstairs is a hall , leading to the kitchen with pantry and side utility/ storage.
The lounge/dining area is a good size, with patio doors leading to a raised covered patio area.
2 steps lead onto a grassed lawn and a garden full of mature trees and shrubs.
A 16 x 8 shed and a 12 x 8 summer house a tool shed and a motorbike shed all fit in there perfectly with lots of room to spare. Big shed has mains power as does summer house and bike shed.
It's as close as you can get to the countryside, whilst being in a City. The country Side is infact a 10 minute Drive in the other Direction.
