We are looking to downsize and move somewhere new as we suffered a bereavement last year and we don't have anything more keeping us in Woking. We are looking to move closer near to family but not right on top of them.
We got a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Woking, Surrey. Our backgarden is about 60ft; we got a victorian style garden as we love gardening. It is a high maintenance garden so if you want low maintenance garden our house won't be for you.
We have own driveway and small front garden. Although if you wanted to you could do it as a double driveway.
Our rent is £150.57 a week we are council and we hold a secure tenancy.
We want to downsize to a 2 bedroom; 'Semi-detached, Detached house, End of terrace house or a very large bungalow.
The house must have a large enough back garden, with some front garden.
Must not have 'age or medical restrictions' and needs no written permission for pets. Must allow pets. We do not care if it has a driveway or not.
We looking to move to 'Shanklin' area.
You must hold a secure tenancy but if for right house we may accept Assured tenancy.
We are open to multiswaps. No time wasters as we are serious about swapping.
