Hi🙋‍♀️ I have 2 bedroom flat with big living room but Not a flat how u think... its not in 4 or 3 building NOOO its more like house 🏡 in 2 built house. its 2 floors house which been made like flats. Mine 1 floor and neighbours living on the second.( all have separate doors and entrance. I from front garden straight away mine doors and my neighbour more to the left side. Its couple who r very lovely. Or its very good isolation or maybe they r very quiet😊 but not we hearing them not they hearing us 😂 It includes 2 back and front garden’s. Gardens only belong to us. in front garden u can make priv driving and from the kitchen u can go straight away to back garden. we sharing only pathway where i need to take bin out but back garden is secured with gate. House is very old so in winter its very warm. windows have 2 glass so council gonna change for 3🤷🏼‍♀️ after u closing them any noise from outside... area very quiet 🤫 10 min walk from bedworth town centre. 6 min walk from park where u can find big lake, rive with clear but freezing 🥶 water, huge field and forest. its just next to us:) 10 min away another park with lake and play area for kids. 3 min away play area. we have local shop as well. most of the people r in their retainer so most of the day they seating outside and can tell u absolutely everything what happens while u been gone 😂 so any cctv cameras u don’t need. but to be honest very lovely and i feel very safe living there. House still need some work to do in but i did a lot. I want to move just to start new live with my daughter and make new memories in new house and forget everything bad what happens in this. It’s absolutely nothing bad Not with house or area... Looking for 2/3 bed house in Bedworth or Exhall as my daughter school and childminder there. NO FLATS sorry and if to change i will change only for house.
